Dolores Cannon’s method of hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®), involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. A state which under ordinary circumstances is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you fall asleep. Historically, hypnotists have avoided conducting research with subjects in this state because of the often strange and inexplicable results that are recorded. Dolores Cannon begun her research of lost knowledge and reincarnation in the late 1960s by developing QHHT® for past life regression sessions with her subjects.

Julia Mechlin, Level 2 QHHT Practitioner
Julia Mechlin is a wife, mother, Navy veteran, business data and reporting analyst, QHHT Level II practitioner, Reiki Master, founder of Quantum Oneness Center, and an Executive Contributor with Brainz Magazine. She has dedicated her life to helping others to help themselves heal, recover from emotional, physical, and long-term trauma. She is in Southern Indiana and travels throughout the country to those who need help in their healing journey.

About Julia Mechlin
Julia is a Persian Gulf Veteran with the US Navy. She served overseas in Italy, in the Mediterranean. Stationed on a submarine tender. She traveled, enjoyed sailing, swimming, hiking, horseback riding and a variety of outdoor adventures. Julia returned to home and civilian life in Louisville, Kentucky in 1994.
Julia enjoys learning and growing. She attended University of Louisville for Biology and Indiana Wesleyan University for Business Management. She has attained Level II practitioner certification in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique where she regresses people to help them to heal themselves of emotional, physical, and long-term trauma. She has traveled to clients to meet the needs of individuals who have been unable to travel to her.
Julia founded Quantum Oneness Center to serve and meet the needs of her clients in 2023 in QHHT regression, Reiki, and to facilitate people in their healing journeys.
As a Reiki Master, Julia and enjoys working with animals as well as individuals in need. Julia considers it an honor to help, empower and encourage others to live their best lives. It is her mission to help those who want to be helped and respects each person's walk and experience.
For the past 13 years Julia has served as a Business Data and Reporting Analyst.
In 2024, Julia joined Brainz Magazine as an Executive Contributor to promote knowledge, enlightenment and growth.
Julia is highly intuitive; she continues to seek and learn new modalities and is currently learning how to use these gifts to better serve others.
